On March 23, the live commissioning of the DC system of the Longdong-Shandong ±800 kV UHV DC transmission project was officially launched, involving 759 test projects. This is the first UHV DC transmission project in the country where the dual-pole high and low-end DC systems are simultaneously started and commissioned. In the first quarter, the company's UHV projects under construction resumed work in full and entered a full-load, high-intensity construction state, with a total investment of 17.2 billion yuan, achieving progress and time synchronization.
At present, the Datong-Huailai-Tianjin South 1000 kV UHV AC project has started; the Gansu-Zhejiang ±800 kV UHV DC transmission project has entered the comprehensive construction stage; the construction of the converter station of the Longdong-Shandong ±800 kV UHV DC transmission project has been basically completed, creating good conditions for the overall commissioning of the project in the second quarter; the Jinshang-Hubei, Ningxia-Hunan, Hami-Chongqing, Shaanxi-Anhui and other UHV projects under construction are progressing in an orderly manner as planned.
On March 26, the 500 kV transmission and transformation project of the Daqing Experimental Platform in Heilongjiang completed the foundation construction of all 1553 substation foundation piles and 62 line towers. The newly built 500 kV experimental platform substation of the project is the first new energy collection substation in Heilongjiang, and is expected to be put into operation at the end of this year. In the first quarter, the company's 35 kV and above power grid construction tasks exceeded the milestone plan. The company deepened the normal and long-term mechanism of "six precisions and four transformations" in infrastructure, carried out special research, strengthened safety management and quality control throughout the process, accurately implemented infrastructure technical management, strengthened design quality control, accelerated the digital transformation of infrastructure, and carried out related work in an orderly manner.
As of March 31, the company's 110 kV to 750 kV AC project had started 7,687 kilometers of lines and a transformer capacity of 47.44 million kVA, and put into operation 7,348 kilometers of lines and 58.61 million kVA of transformer capacity, achieving synchronization of progress and time. The 500 kV gas turbine transmission project in Zhoushan, Zhejiang started, the 500 kV transmission and transformation project in Baoxi, Hebei, and the installation of reactors on the 500 kV line in Far East-Tingwei, Shanghai, were put into operation, and the construction of the Panxi power grid optimization project in Sichuan was accelerated, and the fifth phase of construction tasks has been started.
11,000 renovation projects, including the renovation of the 750 kV disconnector at the Baoji converter station in Shaanxi, were successfully started, and more than 1,800 renovation projects, including the renovation of the ±500 kV Yihua DC control and protection system, were completed and put into operation... In the first quarter, the company carried out large-scale equipment renovation work in an orderly manner, and continued to improve the inherent safety level of the equipment.
State Grid Jiangsu Electric Power strengthened the coordinated efforts of multiple departments, coordinated the investment strategy of power grid infrastructure and production technology transformation, strengthened the linkage of primary and secondary equipment transformation, and actively promoted large-scale equipment renovation. This year, the scale of the company's renovation of old equipment has increased by about 20%; as of now, the proportion of old equipment has decreased from 6.55% in the same period last year to 5.50%. On March 30, the stator of the No. 6 unit of the State Grid New Source Jiangsu Jurong Pumped Storage Power Station was successfully hoisted into place, marking the completion of the stator hoisting of the power station unit and entering the sprint stage of unit assembly. As of the end of March, the first three units of the power station were officially put into operation, unit 4 has entered the whole group start-up test stage, units 5 and 6 are being installed at a rapid pace, and it is expected that all six units will be put into operation before the end of the year.
