Zhu Ming said, on the progress of distributed generation demonstration area, in order to implement the State Council to support the photovoltaic industry policy, in 2013 August, the National Energy Board approved the Beijing Haidian District 18 industrial park to create distributed photovoltaic power generation demonstration area, mainly to explore the commercial operation mode of distribution type is released, to identify problems, sum up experience, perfect the policy, further promotion.

"The 18 demonstration areas are planned to be completed by the end of 2015 and attract nearly 16 billion of the amount of social investment. In August 2014, in order to give full play to the development model of the demonstration area, the commercial operation will attract the impetus of the innovation of the social investment. We are ready to build 12 demonstration parks in Zhejiang on the basis of the 18 demonstration areas, which are well constructed and strong in demonstration. Zhu Ming believes that the vast majority of the 30 demonstration areas are private capital investment, which are very significant to guide and encourage folk capital and have good progress.
