The independent directors agree that the board of directors should nominate Mr. Li Mingdong, Mr. Liu Feng and Mr. Cai Weifeng as candidates for non independent directors of the company, agree on their remuneration matters, and agree to submit the "proposal on change of directors of the company" to the general meeting of shareholders for deliberation.
